1. Which formats can I view?
The viewer supports common 3D formats and selected 2D formats. See the format list in the illustration.
2. Does it support 2D CAD files?
Yes. Supported 2D CAD formats include DXF and DWG.
3. Is NWC supported?
NWC files are not supported. Try exporting the model from Navisworks as NWD instead.
4. Why can't I open a Creo DRW file?
Creo DRW is not supported by this SDK. Supported Creo formats include ASM, NEU, PRT, XAS, and XPR. Open unsupported files in Creo and export a supported format.
5. What is the maximum model file size?
The legacy trial supports uploads up to 20 MB, and the Enterprise version supports uploads up to 500 MB. Contact your account representative for larger models.
