1. How fast does the SDK convert files?
An earlier internal test reported conversion of more than 6,000 files in an average of under 20 seconds. Performance depends on the files and server configuration; ask support to assess your workload.
2. What server resources does the SDK require?
8 CPU cores, 32 GB RAM, and 80 GB storage. 100 GB storage is recommended for more headroom.
Debian 12; Debian 12.5 is recommended.
3. How long is the SDK evaluation license valid?
The SDK evaluation license is valid for one month.
4. What does SDK integration mean?
SDK integration adds 3D Overview capabilities to your existing business system.
5. Can I integrate the SDK into my system?
The SDK supports integration with PLM and MES systems.
6. How is the SDK deployed?
Deploy the SDK services on your server using Docker or Kubernetes.
7. What if I cannot use Docker or Kubernetes?
At least one of these deployment options is recommended. If neither is available, the services must be deployed individually. Remote assistance is available, but compatibility with that approach is not guaranteed.
8. Is a server included?
No. You provide the server, and the SDK license is linked to that server.
9. How do I distribute work across two or more licensed servers?
Each server runs independently. Assign users to specific servers or use your own traffic routing to distribute requests.
10. Does SDK integration involve external services?
The SDK is supplied by an external vendor and deployed in your environment. Confirm any network dependencies with support for your deployment.
