Change request fields

Description
Name
The change request name.
Code
The change request code is generated using the organization's numbering rules. No code is generated if no numbering rule is configured.
Required date
The deadline by which the change request must be implemented.
Lifecycle status
Default statuses are In progress, In review, and Approved.
