Center Circle

Steps

1. Hover over the "Circle" icon in the toolbar

2. Select "Center Circle" to enter Center Circle mode.

3. Create a center circle:

   1. Left-click to define the center.

   2. Move the cursor and click to define the radius point.

   3. (Optional) Enter a value and press Enter to apply diameter constraint.

4. Right-click or press Esc to exit.

Step 3 - Left-click to define the center of the circle:

Step 4 - Enter a value to add a diameter constraint to the center circle:
